Four years ago, "The Lord Of The Rings" was still just a book - and a damned fine one at that. Today, it is so much more. It has spawned a new generation of fans, and sparked an interest in a world of fantasy and adventure... all of which has been made possible by Peter Jackson's films. Despite being largely neglected in the 2002 and 2003 Academy Awards, the films have finally been given their dues, a well earned reward. This set is a homage to the majesty of possibly the greatest film trilogy of all time - pure and simple!
